-Fixed a problem where when going over the limited amount of hits in levels where there is a hit limit, the ball immediately shot out somewhere when it respawned.

-Also made it possible to tell if the level has a hit limit and what it is, enabling in the future to make levelpacks with varying hitlimits in the levels.
